Colony Lofts is a new multi-family development that is set to be completed in the fall of 2024. It is located on the corner of Central Ave and Promedica Pkwy, and features 262 Class-A apartments, clubhouse, and the Old Bag of Nails restaurant.

One of the biggest challenges that we were able to overcome was meeting the fast-paced construction schedule for this $2.5 million project. This was a very challenging venture with over 260 split system heat pumps. Timelines were very tight, and we put a lot of effort into the project up front to make it run efficiently and smoothly. Using Kingspan KoolDuct helped get a jump on the rough-in stage of the project and also required less space, allowing more room for other trades.
