Commercial Comfort Systems started providing excellent business climate in 1997 with founder Fran Lanciaux. For over 25 years, we have grown as a family business into a full-service HVAC contractor offering full-service design build/design assist, sheet metal fabrication, multi-family, commercial and industrial installation and service, and energy efficient options for customers looking to cut down on their utility costs. For nearly 20 years, we have been proud to offer the very latest in air distribution technology with Kingspan KoolDuct and Thermaduct phenolic ductwork.

Design

Build
Commercial Comfort Systems offers full metal fabrication capacity from 28ga. to 1/4” steel plate, welding and forming. We are also an approved fabricator and intaller of The Kingspan KoolDuct System. As one of the first to embark in KoolDuct technology over 15 years ago, we have become the most experienced KoolDuct contractor in the nation. We take pride in offering our customers the very best in air distribution technology for their buildings.
Service
Commercial Comfort Systems has a team of service technicians who have each gone through a minimum five year apprenticeship. They specialize in preventative maintenance and service in all brands of HVAC equipment. We are always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergency service needs.
